| Invisalign® is a new orthodontic treatment that gradually straightens
teeth through the use of custom-fitted plastic aligners. These aligners
are worn 20-22 hours a day except for when eating and drinking. Because

| The number of invisalign® trays used will depend on each
individual case but the average is between 18 and 30. Each clear invisalign®
retainer is removable and worn for two weeks (20-22 hours a day, except

eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next
